The Marina Center is located at 14,255 Gouin West H8Z 3C2, corner of Saint-John's boul. and Gouin boul. West on the West Island of Montreal (borough of Pierrefonds). This ~30 year old, 16 level building, has 16 apartments per floor totaling some 250, including studios, 1 & 2 bedroom.

NO WATER AGAIN!
This morning, Sunday June 26th 2011, there is NO hot water in the building. And as of 12h50 no water at all!!!!

Mezzanine elevator out of service again
That's right, it has happened again. The mezzanine elevator is broke again, less than a month since it broke the last time! As of this afternoon Monday June 6th 2011, its kaput and out of service. Should we be surprised?
