Why is there so much DUST in this building?

Several people have confirmed to me that they are also experiencing a ton of dust in their apartments. In one day things lying out are covered in dust! Where is this filth coming from? Why is there just so much dust in the apartments? This building is just filthy!

Another family moved out on my floor again because of the dirt, the problems and the attitude of building management. Others including myself, are next. You have to be crazy to want to live in this building. Had I known how it was I would have never moved here!

  1. It is astonishing that Enzo Barrasso is so blind when it comes to his staff. He has more than enough staff to do the job. But you have people like Zeva, who walk around just wanting to boss people around. It has been mentioned to her that she should walk the premises, and take a look and see what has to be done. She puts on such a big act in front of Enzo, and the sad truth is that he falls for this con job.
Again this winter the snow and walk way was not done properly, because she does not care for the building. We need someone here who is passionate about there job and to do it right.

  2. THE TENANTS HAVE A RIGHT TO ASK FOR A REDUTION IN RENT, DUE TO THE FACT THAT THERE IS NO DEPANNEUR, NO HAIRDRESSER. SINCE ZEVA, THERE HAS BEEN NO OTHER SERVICES FOR THE TENANTS.

  3. I personally had problems for a number of reasons with the marina centre. I was asked to get rid of my dog. Excuse me but if you live in the marina its easy to see there's plenty of dogs. My 15 lbs dog ain't hurting no one. The water problems we all deal with. That day in November that the water cut I had been cooking all day. It took me five hours to boil water and do all my dishes. The endless draft in my apartment is damn cold in the winter time. They repair everything harass I have had my toilet "fixed" a dozen times in the three years I have been here. I have fell three times on the ice by lack of salt. When I called to report this to the marina, Enzo hung up on my face. I can literally go on for days about all the deal the management has put me through, even made me have a severe asthma/panic attack which had me bed ridden for a full week and minor injury from falling on the ice but my time in this building is basically over. If you read this blog and still rent in this building, you sir/ma'am are an idiot. :-) good luck!

  4. I have a question about the fridge we pay for in our rent that is supplied... It always freezes my produce and makes it go bad REALLY fast... I bought a box of Salad that costs 6$, put it in the vege crisper and it always freezes! I waste SO MUCH produce because of this, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, etc, is there anything I can do about this? This is the third time they change my fridge and it still doesn't work well.

  5. I do not understand why people are Soooooo passive, why they still continue to live in this building, the rent is way too high for the apartments like these ones. Seriously, if anyone REALLY cares about their own and family member's health, they MUST move out as soon as possible. All cheap and chemically hazardous materials are being used for the renovation just to play the tenants that he is "doing" something good for the building. He blind sides everyone. He only knows how to count his money to the cost of other's health and well being. You can find much better apartments with lower price else where. Why you are still living there?
