You can either send the letter to building management by registered mail or deliver it by hand. If you deliver it by hand you must ensure that Ms. Mizrachi signs the letter properly and legibly and then you need to retain the signed copied. You supply her with another copy, so make sure to print and bring two copies with you.
If Ms. Mizrachi refuses to compensate you by reducing your next month's rent, then you will be forced to file a complaint at the rental board.

This ~30 year old, 16 level building, has 16 apartments per floor totaling some 250, including studios, 1 & 2 bedroom.
RIP to the tenant in #610 Martin. He committed suicide, apparently by taking a bottle of pills. The police and coroners were here to pick up the body. God Bless him and I hope that he will be at peace now.
ReplyDeleteOf course Zeva, did not waste any time bossing the tenants around. Truly, unbelievable, she still has to show what a big boss she is. This poor soul could not find his way here on earth and the tenants were concerned and all she could do was act like a Gestapo women.
