On a positive note (Swimming Pool)

This year the swimming pool was brought on-line in a smooth manner, including the heating of the water, without anyone having to go to the office and make a fuss. As a result, the pool has been well used by the residents and especially their children. Thank you!

    Unfortunately, it was to good to be true. We were enjoying ourselves, so much, that sure enough the whole month of August was shot because they did not want to fix the heater. So the lifeguard sat there day after day, at an empty pool. This is the mentallity of The Marina Center. Professional services, are a big favor to the paying tenanats. Zeva, the bitch again shows no respect towards the tenants. But we will ask at the regie de logement for a decrease in our rent as a group.
