This morning, Saturday August 27th at around 11 am the water was shut off again. No notice or warning was given. I was told the water will be back on at around 3 pm and that it was shut off because of repairs. It would have been nice to be told about it.
This blog is intended to allow residents to make their opinions known about the upkeep of the building and grounds. The Marina Center is located at 14,255 Gouin West H8Z 3C2, corner of Saint-John's boul. and Gouin boul. West on the West Island of Montreal (borough of Pierrefonds). This ~30 year old, 16 level building, has 16 apartments per floor totaling some 250, including studios, 1 & 2 bedroom.

ReplyDeleteI for one am glad that the individual calling him/herself "former tenant of 917" is a FORMER tenant. This type of message will only show what kind of people live at the Marina Center and will help potential future tenants decide to... stay away.
ReplyDeleteI will add that the moderator does not seem to be "moderating" this blog and has chosen to leave the "inappropriate" comments. In doing so, he/she has made their point about the quality of tenants and thus life at the Marina Center.
So "former tenant of 917", your comment has only served to justify the need for this blog, and has helped expose what the blog owner obviously wanted to show.
